Can you appreciate the difference?  Do you realize that I'm going to need a sweater and a light jacket at night for the next five days?  Now that I'm acclimated to Texas heat, my internal thermostat is all off.  If it's 65 degrees out, I get chilly.  Air conditioning in public buildings is so cold, it's nigh unbearable.  Unless it's above 95, I wonder whether it's hot enough to go for a swim.

Yes, I'm a changed woman.  Texas has made a fool of me, when it comes to temperatures below 80 degrees.  It's a little embarrassing.
