The MacDuff/Snow Liquid Diet

Lauren and I decided that the only way to really lose weight is to go on a liquid diet. What kind of liquids? The basics -- water, juice, chicken broth, chocolate syrup. Liquids also include what might be considered the "plasma" of the nutrition world: Jello, chewy candy, ice cream, cream-filled pies. Lauren made an executive -- errr, scientific -- decision that we can also include solids that are blended into liquids. Big Mac frappes, anyone???

Gross! I thought it was great until you got to the blended solids.
